Can I amend my order?
As we try and get orders out as quickly as possible, we can’t always guarantee we can amend an order. If you have made a mistake with the order please email us at info@priss.net.
One of my orders is on pre-order, can my order still be shipped?
If an order is placed and the item is on pre-order, please be advised that your whole order won’t be shipped until the pre-ordered item comes into stock. If you require your other items earlier, please contact customer services at the CONTACT US webpage.
I forgot to put my discount code in, what can I do?
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed we are unable to add the discount code.
What do I do if my order is wrong?
If your order is wrong please contact info@priss.net with your name, order number and item details. We will email you back within 3 working days of your email. On all occasions we try to respond the same working day.
Why is my code not applying to every item in the promotion?
Please note that sale items and markdown items are excluded from all promotional discounts unless explicitly included.
My order will not process though I have funds available?
It is possible that you are providing two different addresses for the billing and shipping address. Unfortunately, we only ship to the billing address that your bank has on file.
However, you may choose the option of paying via PayPal as long as you are shipping to a confirmed address.
