SHIPPING

Priss utilizes multiple shipping carriers for delivery within and outside of the U.S. Orders will begin processing within 24-36 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once payment has been verified and processed, merchandise will typically ship 1-2 business days after processing (excluding weekends and holidays) and will take 2-6 business days for delivery, depending on delivery method of choice.

A tracking number will be emailed or sent via SMS once your order ships. Priss only ships to billing addresses associated with the record on file with your bank. If you’d like to ship to an alternative address, Priss provides an option to pay via PayPal as long as you are shipping to a confirmed address.

*Free standard shipping only applies to 50 contingent states, on net purchases over $100. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery using free shipping.

*Priss offers $6 flat rate domestic shipping for all orders under $100 or FREE Standard Shipping on purchases $100.00 or more, before tax.

*If you would like your order processed within 2 business day, Priss offers Express Processing.

Priss will not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once tracking information has been issued. In the event that an item has been lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS office. If an unclaimed package has been returned back to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again. Priss is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to severe weather, such as natural disasters or catastrophic events or government disruptions.

International

Currency conversion for international shipping is not provided on our site. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are charged as such. Your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time of checkout. All applicable and related customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that Priss state the value of your order directly on the package.

Transit times are typically 10-20 business days for standard international shipping except, Canada (3-5 business days). For faster shipping (2-3 or 3-5 business days), choose an expedited shipping method. Prices are calculated at checkout. A flat handling fee of $10 will be charged at checkout.
